This sentence "I have received the egg from Grace" translated to Japanese is "watashi wa Grace-san ni tamago ni moraimashita"
But i switched the Grace-san to tamago(Egg). When she realized she said "Eh!" I was like... "Huh? OH!!" I just called her an Egg. =P
Yesterday's class was superb (even though it's a make-up class for this coming Friday (Happy Labour Day, people!), there were only 6 of us. Total attention. We asked a lot and gained a lot. Mohohohohohohohoho~!!
Bought a present for Mother's Day already. (Ssshhh don't tell my mum, if you know her. Neither should you tell her that my blog URL!)
Oh oh... My Sony Ericsson spoilt. So I'm using my bro's spare Samsung. Was looking thru the gallery and look what i've found~! So cuteeeee ^^
Woo! Watched X-men 3 today (not the latest one mind you!), STORM SO COOL!!! Hehehehehehehehehehehehe... Storm rocks la. Heng she didn't die. She has the best haircut in 3. =)
I think this is the only hairstyle that suits her as compared with Casino Royale, which I didn't notice till I did some research. *Don't I sound like a stalker lol* But uber cool!! Maybe I should dye white as well. LOL... My mum will kill me XD
Yay... JY's finally my classmate. Appreciate that, you! Lol... Ah. Mondays to Wednesdays are the same 2 lecturers. So it's gonna be pretty monotonous. =/
I highlighted my hair today. Looks so much more natural than before. =D Normal brown i guess.
First time eating the wasabi ice cream. OMG CHOKING!! Blueh... And some of my friends who tried it before said it doesn't taste like wasabi. Oh man go have your taste buds checked up. And you cheat my feelings. Lolll... Ok maybe I'm a little too gullible. Hahaha...
When out with my cousin, Denise, yesterday. We shopped at PS, watched Departures, went to Daiso, zoomed to Orchard's Kinokuniya, and home!
Oh my gosh...Departures was so touching. I cried quite a few times. Thanks Angela for the recommendation xD Supposed to watch Handsome Suit, but didn't notice the opening date (which is only today) until the night before. Lucky at least I noticed... =) Go read GV's synopsis and reviews, I think that's the best place to get info from. Popcorn was tasteless as usual. Zzzz...
I saw Felicia Chin.
I must do reflection... I keep forgetting to feed Mochi during lunchtime poor her =(
Duet has great magazine scans this month. I owe it to the NEWS cover. Koi no ABO~
It's Good Friday tomorrow.
Exactly 6 more days to 15th April. Maybe I should buy a slice of Cheese Cake. Yum~
Today's GEMs registration shocked me to death. Apparently there was a system problem that cause the whole of 11am batch to fail. O well... At least I still got the module i wanted. =)
Sorry for taking such a long time to update. I shall talk about our transit in Dubai. We had a 3-day-2-night stay there, where the first day was totally free. We reached the place at 6+am. Jet lag again I guess. All we did on the first day was walk one round around the place. The place was really warm as compared to Switz and Paris. Totally Singapore weather, without the humidity. We barely perspired. Ain't that great. Our walk was only done at 5pm. Hahaha... We took a pretty long nap. Came back and was lying on the bed watching TV again. They've got Korean channel (subbed in English), so it was the only good stuff to watch until evening where they showed "Mars Attacks!" (first night) and "Batman & Robin the movie"(2nd night). Lol...
2nd day was more fun. A city tour, a lil' bit of shopping (we requested), dune ride, camel riding and a "camp fire" dinner (where was the fire...). At first I thot it was pretty exclusive for us, until the dune ride where most of the tourists gathered. Because in dune rides, the cars get stuck easily. So it's best to go in groups. It somehow was similar to light roller coaster rides, but twice the fun, I guess? Haha. I felt like puking thou. =/
The tallest tower in the world. (Izzit?) Maybe at least in Dubai. =)
Largest aquarium in... world? Ok at least in Dubai too. =D
Sand Dune riding.
Deflating the wheels to have more surface contact with the sand, otherwise we'd get stuck...
Sand EVERYWHEREEE...
One of the 4x4 got stuck.
Picture taking. ^^ On top of a small hill. When we got down, it was pretty windy. And sometimes when you open your mouth a little, close it again, you feel like you're eating unsweetened sugar, SAND. Texture of sugar but no taste...
Camel riding~ Was I the only person who rode it twice? :O
Ended the day with a buffet dinner and back to the hotel we went. =)
Some facts I can tell you:
-Althou Dubai is an arabic country, it's still Okay to suntan nakedly (we saw that O.O), wear short shorts, stuffs that arabians don't usually allow, because Dubai relies on Tourism while having Oil. Heh.
-In the population of 4+million people, 3/4 of them are expatriats, only 1/4 of them are natives.
-If i remember correctly, in the whole land of Dubai, 80% is covered in sand.
-They've got this island called the Palm, that can be seen from the satelite that it's a palm shaped island. Fully man-made. Hahahahaha... one of Donald Trump's building will be there. Beautiful...
This little parrot here flew into the master bed room yesterday. We didn't dare to catch it, so we let it fly away after attempting to feed it some seeds. If the owner happens to see this post, I'm sorry for letting it go. Parrots can't survive in the wild. Just hope it flies to another family who's brave enough to get hold of it and take care of it? Herh herh herh...
