I finally bought my graphic tablet after weeks of deciding, and 3 hours of being in Funan today. Bamboo Fun isn't that bad... as long as I dun use Intuos 3 or even 4. Hahaha... Pandas are fated to be with their Bamboo. xD

School is proposing a Sydney trip for us kids. $1000 dollars per person. Worth it or not? I'm not sure. But it's really something that you can't go to through travel agencies.

I shall not bring my tablet to school tomorrow and concentrate in Ryan's class, plus, do GEMs presentation. Heh heh... Thanks so much Ching Wen for contacting the rest. I'm so not helping this time. Zzzz...

This morning there were people taking me back to my bad memories by having their own chit chat session right in the middle of the pathway: I fell from the bike while calling someone because I thought I should brake as there were people playing soccer across the bike track. In the end I used the wrong brake and fell forward. Scratched my phone. After that they spoke to me with utmost sarcasm. ARGH!! Can't stand these people. Can't stand it means I cannot stand it at all. Roarrrrr!!!

Last night (not tonight), i dreamt of myself trapped in a very cold place and i couldn't escape. Thereafter finding myself awake, literally shivering. HA! I forgot to cover myself with the blanket before I slept. Air con was on ne. Hahahaha... I was shocked myself that I shivered that badly.

Reality check time. Must start on the projects like... NOW!!

"Bored people play board(bored) games". Hahaha. Why did I even think of such stuff.

I was bored so I checked out TV Ants which streams alotta channels (including Jap ones that is the purpose for my download) on your computer, and my forum friends recommend it because it's faster than KeyHole TV, which streams Japanese channels as well. And now... Look what they put.

Gosh I hate sleep writing --> I almost fell asleep while writing on the worksheet in today's Jap class. Maybe because it was after dinner so I felt more sleepy.

Anyway, I learnt so much again, as usual. Aaaahhh... I've never felt so happy about learning something, (apart from the filming that we learn in school), maybe it's also because I see the money literally flying away so each and every lesson is (damn!) precious to me and each time I get better and better, I feel GREAT! Hahahaha... c'mon, mister who went to the bank, the next time we meet, I'll talk to you. HOHOHO!

And I learnt "would you like me to take a picture for you?" in Jap. So the next time I go overseas and I see Japanese wanting to take a group photo, I'll offer. =D This occured when I was in France. I didn't dare to approach them, but kept looking at them as though they are monsters from another world? Why am I so "brave"... -.-"

We did a little health check worksheet activity during lesson. For example, in the vegetable section, if you put you love it, you get 4 points, if you hate it, you get 1 point and those in between, and they had questions like do you like meat, sports, etc etc. Apparently I was the highest scorer with 36/40 points. Teacher was like "Ii desu ne... (that's good)" and "***-san, ..." (he got the least points. Hahaha, teacher had nothing to say and so we just laughed.)

At first I was like... aiya, why didn't I respond with a "Hai, genki desu (yes, I'm energetic)", instead of just a yes. Luckily after that Teacher taught "it is good to be modest.", giving examples like "I am good at drawing~" and "*** sucks at drawing", she discouraged us from saying them. Hahaha, and so I didn't show off that I'm good or whatever. Lucky~

Glad I went back to Jazz band room to spend my whole afternoon. Otherwise it'd be like the last week, practically nothing to do. Even though I had plans to go home, but I'm quite sure now, that I wouldn't choose to go home.

Happy weekends, everyone. Going to Sim Lim Square later in the afternoon. Must check out the prices first before deciding to buy one heck of a technology. =)

We also had this activity worksheet of "How good are you in these languages?" While we were doing this activity in our own pairs, Teacher walked around and asked me what's Teochew (woo!). I told her it's a dialect, just like Japan having Kansai dialect and stuff... Ooooo I LOVE TO EXCHANGE INFO. =D

Just like how our class exchanges info with Matte Painting Lecturer, Stefano (Pronounced as STAY!-far-no? Do the Mochi tilt head action at the "no?". Lol. No I'm just kidding.), he asked how to you pronounce lavatory... He said, is it leh-ver-tor-ry or ler-vo-ta-ry. One of us said leh-ver-tree. "Oh my what's leh-ver-chee, leh-ver-chee." We used too much short cuts isn't it? Doesn't matter if it's pronounciation or even making sentences. Like... "want water not?" instead of "would you like to have a cup of water?" Ok maybe it's a bit too long, but yeah. That shortcut is really short. =/ When Stefano introduced himself, he said "I only knew Italian, my language, until I came to Singapore, I had to learn English. Ya. And that explains my bad English." Baaa... Can Singaporeans really change this habit? =/

Oh man... such a bad news. There's only 1 graphire wireless in stock, when we'll need 5. I guess we're all changing choices already. Hard to get stock in time ye. I'm settling for a bamboo. Fated la. Who asked me to like pandas so much. Hahahaha, must like their food as well. =O

2 more weeks to the handing up of assignments. And most of us haven't done it yet. Omigosh... We must do it! And fast!!

2 days ago I got stuck outside my house, this evening it became my mum who's stuck. Hahahahaha!! What's wrong with us. Change bags too frequently, i guess? I had to leave band early cos of that. Ahhh... just when i'm getting more familiar with the scales. =(

Practice tomorrow, Jap lesson tomorrow. Shall sleep as soon as that freaking upload succeeds.

I got my clamshell last night. =] Still need to get used to the keys that are so spaced out. Zzzz... But the audio is good, although I prefer more bass. Omg... Too much bass not good for the ears ne. xD

Best audio award. Aaaaahhh!! Lovely phone. Lol.

Guess I'm gonna buy the wireless Graphire graphic tablet this Friday. Hope there's enough stock. Must call the boss later. =)

Awww... I didn't blog yesterday. But today's happenings were more interesting. =)

As you know I lost my ATM card (still dunno how did i lose it), and got to replace it today. Yay~

And this interesting thing happened: There was this Japanese customer, who only understood a bit of English. A lil bit of difficulty between the Japanese guy and the banker. I wanted to go forward and assist, but didn't have enough confidence to speak to the apparently fluent Japanese (OF COS... HE'S A JAP!). Then i told my mum how sad I was to not be able to speak to the Japanese and test my language skills.

Omg this is so boring for you to read.

My first time not going home after class on Friday, which ended at 12pm, so that I could go for my Jap class, which only starts at 6.50pm. O.O Went to Funan to look for the price range for graphic tablet. Now choosing between Intuos4 and Graphire wireless... I want intuos but it's sooooo ex!! I dun wan graphire but it's so much cheaper. =(

And people, remind me not to stay outside and wait for jap class anymore. It's UBER BORING. But Jap class is definitely worth waiting for. Hehehehehe... (Contradicting myself) It's so fun and we learn so many stuffs. The term's ending soon. Gonna go up to Basic 2 Term 1 in about 2 weeks. That's where we have dictations on our katakana. T_T

Yesterday I learnt how to tie a balloon! Yay!! Lol. I know it's late but... =D I can blow balloons but not tie them. Baaahhh...

Yay... we went for picnic today. First time this year. Hisashiburi (it's been a while)... I LOVE PICNICS x)

This pretty much sums up this weekend's stuff. School again =/ School's ok but... the weekends are too short. ISN'T IT TRUE!?

Baaa... was enjoying and enjoying and enjoying and suddenly POOM! a huge load of assignment. And there I was thinking... Poly students have the least amount of sleep in the country isn't it? We get more freedom, our classes start later (but we sleep even later)... I practically sleep only 5 hours a day. So glad no eye bags yet. =X Panda eyes may be coming soon. :/

I keep thinking today is Friday. Why? I do want my Jap class to come soon though. Adjectives! How fun is that. =]

New on my wishlist... Wacom tablet and Sony Ericsson W980i. OMG OMG THAT PHONE!!! Zzzz... I'm sick of sliding phones because all I get are wire disconnections from each other and the screen going haywire. Maybe a clamshell phone's better isn't it? Anyone using clamshell phone now? Gemme feedback please. I've never used a clamshell. =O

So late... I'll have 4 hours of sleep tonight. =(

KATTUN's new album beats the third hands down... I think? I love Shunkashuutou and Junno's WIND. The first song is so well arranged. WIND is so jazzy I want to listen to it over and over. My favourite celebrities really know how to choose their genre. Hehehehehe...

The plan failed like nothing... I didn't join a sport CCA. I join Japanese Cultural Club. Fail fail fail!

Jap lesson was great as usual (although i yawned so many times like no one's business).

Ah I saw Cheryl at Aljunied MRT station's Poh Kim. How small can this world be. =/ And after that saw Heng Yi (HENG YI!!!! lol), Chin Ting and Noel. I wish I can meet random people at random places more often. How fun is that? Hahahaha... Imagine meeting you at 9pm at a specific toilet in a shopping centre. That kind of chance would be really slim.

Yesterday when I was in the train on my way to school, I heard this short tempered guy pus hing another guy on the bag "Hey every one's moving out you still put your hand up and stay there!!!" He was only standing in front of him, putting his hand above the entrance of the cabin.

At first I thought they were friends because the guy didn't say anything and quickly walked out, letting the rest of the passengers exit (You know... During peak hours people always stop at City Hall. That's where he got pushed.), after the angry man came back in as well, the quiet guy was no where near him. Definitely not friends! My gosh.. How could people treat others like that. I think if I didn't move towards the glass panel a stop before, I might have been the one getting pushed out.

Now I realized how impatient Singaporeans are. My GEMs lecturer (teaching Appreciating Cross Cultural Differences) said that she didn't realize that we're so fast paced till she went abroad to work for a few months. And this was the main cause for maids getting abused.

To us, slow = stupid. So maids who tend to work at a slower pace to us, they don't find it slow to themselves, because they grew up that way. Too much misunderstandings caused so many sufferings to thosewho came all the way here to search for a better living.

Another example I got a few hours ago (when I was on my way home from CCA). I was queuing up to tap my card and get out of the station, there this lady was "TSK"-ing in front of me. I mean, what's wrong man! Just queue up la~!

Oh did I mention that the trains in France are not automatic? As in, all doors don't open when it's at its stop. You have to pull the slide thingy (like the one you see in underground stations, where the platform's doors' emergency sliders have, but it's metallic), and that would be the same for passengers who want to board the train, they have to press something from outside. Hahaha... how cool is that.
